Flavours

Please be assured that I only use the finest ingredients, so it doesn’t matter whether you choose vanilla, chocolate, fruit, or one of my other flavours, the cake will taste wonderful. You can also rest easy knowing that each tier will have a clean and professional finish.

Although there are a lot of different sponge flavours available, there are several that couples traditionally stick to for their wedding day. Other flavours are available upon request. It is possible to have a different flavour for each tier in a multi-tiered cake.
